It is VERY important that YMA members use the one with the section that defers to the YMA submission at the end of the letter.
Please note the following:
Copy the template onto company letterhead and save as a PDF. Filings should be submitted in PDF format.
Name the file: Company Name Intervention CRTC 2025-2
The italicized words in each template are for each producer to customize based on their business.
The producer can choose which stats from the Profile to include in their letter. .
This is a proposed template. Producers can choose to edit as they see fit (except the YMA member section).
Also attached instructions on how to submit including the direct link on the CRTC website, and also attach an example of the Intervention Comment Form so you know what to expect when you submit.

109. The Commission invites comments that address the issues and questions set out above. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before 24 February 2025. Only parties who file comments may file a reply to matters raised during the comment period. The deadline for the filing of replies is 11 March 2025.
There is no obligation to reply on March 11, 2025, or to file a response after the hearing (there will be a final response phase 10 days after the hearing). Filing an intervention on Feb 24 gives parties the option to participate if they choose to.
