The YMA will be attending the 2025 Kidscreen Summit in San Diego (Feb. 9 to 12) thanks to the renewed support of Telefilm Canada, the Canada Media Fund (CMF), the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC), Ontario Creates, and Creative BC.
The Kidscreen Summit is the annual event that has quickly become the world's leading children's entertainment business conference, regularly welcoming over 2,200 participants from around the globe. Leading decision-makers and deal-makers attend to engage in critical dialogue, network and find new ideas to drive their businesses forward.

This year there will be 6 meeting tables that Canadian delegates can book in 30-minute slots.

Canadian ShowReel
Canadian attendees of Kidscreen are invited to submit one 30-second (max.) promotional video or trailer of their projects for the Canada Showreel. The showreel will play in the Delegate Lounge for the duration of the conference.
Only Canadian content may be submitted.

Lodging
Hotel reservation link is open for business, and Kidscreen Summit attendees can book king or double rooms at the Marriott Marquis San Diego from February 8 to 13 for US$350 a night (plus a US$25 nightly service fee). This is an excellent price for accommodations of this caliber, and you really can’t beat the convenience of staying in the event hotel!
