Early Check-In & Venue Tours

Located on the second floor of the Marriott Marquis San Diego, Kidscreen Summit Registration will be open at 10:00am on Sunday, February 4. 

We are also running half-hour guided tours of our event space on Sunday (12:00pm and 5:00pm) and Monday (8:00am). If you could use a little orientation, meet us a few minutes before each start time at Meeting Point B (see the map below).

Maps & Meeting Points

We've updated our venue maps to help you get familiar with the layout of Kidscreen Summit before you arrive.

On the second floor, our Delegate Lounge will be located in the Marriott Grand Ballroom, with extra seating for meals and meetings available adjacently. We have also set up an Outdoor Terrace on this floor for anyone who would like to have meetings al fresco (weather permitting). 

We will once again have three 10-foot-tall Meeting Points set up in and around the Delegate Lounge area to help you find each other more easily. Sponsored by Oak9 Entertainment, they will look like the sample image here, with each one sporting an image from Stomp! Stomp! Rhinos. Here's where they will be located:

Buffet breakfast and lunch will be served on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the areas marked in yellow on the maps. Our conference sessions are all taking place in various rooms on the first floor.
